Travelocity Sucks - the Magic Number is 2

On Tuesday, I made reservations with Travelocity to fly from Beijing to Chicago, round trip, in June. Two minutes after making the reservations, got a call from the credit card company confirming the order. The next day at 6:32am (EST), while I was sleeping, I received an email stating they needed me to call them with my reservation number to confirm some information. Two hours later at 8:32am (EST), again while I was sleeping, I received another email that stated my travel reservations had been canceled because I failed to contact them promptly .... I woke up at 8:40am (EST) and didn't check my email until 10:20am (EST) when I got to work.

First, I sent an email, but I got one of those lame auto-replies that basically states "We've received your email and we'll get around to responding whenever we damn well feel like it." So, I called. The agent I spoke to said my reservations were canceled because I didn't respond quick enough (remember, two hours) and since I didn't respond quick enough (again, two hours), my order was considered as possibly fraudulent. After I bitched for a minute or two about the time frame and the fact that some people DO sleep, the agent offered to transfer me to customer relations so I could place another order. I thought for about two seconds and said I'll just set my reservations with another travel agency.

So, now I have a problem. I don't know many other online travel agencies that I can use. So, if anyone wants to help, suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.
